• Direct support to the president• Co-ordinate and organize meetings, steering committees, conferences and events • Coordination of domestic and international travel arrangements and documents: booking flights online or with travel agent's assistance; trip itineraries; arrangement for transportation, and other needs while traveling • Be part of the management team and contribute to a good teamwork, recording minutes if needed. Follow up of actions.• Responsible for creating and controlling various kinds of documents and presentations • Search, collect data and compile reports, follow up plans and activities• Economics: invoice handling, time reports, traveling expenses, order handling• Co-ordinate projects and programs related to business operations • Receive and process EDB/EUS requests and Employee Requisitions requiring approvals by VP• Administrative onboarding for new employees where required• Organize and manage events throughout the year and reception of visitors • Create and maintain organizational charts, where appropriate • Maintenance of area´s Teamplace and Intranet Site • Promote and practice the company policies and procedures and ensure follow up of best practices • Perform all other duties, as required

• Support in the research, collection, and presentation of market information of Volvo products and competitors (Bus área);• Database analysis to define business opportunities.• Elaboration of historical reports and trends• Support the chair in the organization of the agenda, meetings, travel, presentation materials and customers' visits

• Support to the board of directors, customer service, issuance of fiscal notes, preparation and organization of support materials, budget assistance and psychological tests price quotation, accounts payable and receivable.

• Administrative and operational support to the area, telephone service, elaboration of spreadsheets and control of files.
