Downloading and training experience onvarious networks/terminal Knowledge of Mainframe, FDPOS, MSA, PRS, CMS, APRIVA and different third partynetworks. Manage tracking, logging, monitoring and resolution of escalated issues. Often requires investigation ofcomplex inquiries with written and verbal responses to the merchant, internal and external departments as well as variouslevels of management.
