As a Project Assistant at the Palm Oil Replanting (POR) Project, I supported a range of research activities aimed at enhancing productivity interventions, working closely with Persona Gemilang (Supervisor) and Principal Investigators (PIs), Dr. Ryan B Edwards (Australian National University), Emilia Tjernström (Monash University), Dr. Alin Halimatussadiah (University of Indonesia), and Dr. Elan Satriwan (University of Gadjah Mada). My key responsibilities included:1. Assisted in creating pilot interventions focused on productivity, including developing production and financial simulator, conducting surveys and developing materials and media for effective implementation.2. Conducted comprehensive literature reviews, desk research, and designed instruments for piloting interventions, such as baseline and end-line surveys.3. Collaborated with the Research Associate to prepare data collection guidelines, develop training materials, assist with data entry and cleaning, and contribute to the production of research deliverables, including reports.

Assigned as Assistant Lecturer for Indonesian Economy, Mathematical Economics & Business classes, and Advanced Statistics with the following responsibilities:- Assisted and accompanied the lecturer in class sessions- Provided additional lectures (4-6 sessions per week) for over 30 students from different majors- Managed assignments/exams and compiled grades, achieving a 100% pass rate
