Humanly – transforming service.Humanly is a social enterprise that was established in July 2020, in the Waikato, by Lisa Clausen (Human Connector and Changeologist) and Janelle Fisher (Human Connector and Community Psychologist), who both fiercely believe that relationships are the real currency of business (Bajic, 2015).At Humanly, we are passionate about ‘human beings being human’, at home, at work, and in the community - something that has been overtaken in many parts of our busy, impersonal, technology-driven lives.Humanly strives to support organisations to enable them to support their teams to be authentically human at work, and to strengthen their connection culture. By working with leaders and their people to co-create solutions that foster wellbeing, quality service delivery, innovation and productivity, resilience and adaptability to change, we are also helping to shape environments that humans can thrive in.Humanly works closely with the disability sector, with community organisations, SMEs and corporates, across Aotearoa New Zealand, facilitating Humanly programmes, workshops and coaching and mentoring.Humanly contributes 100 per cent of surplus after costs, from every sale, to deliver on our social impact to create and nurture better human connection in communities.

Facilitator of groups from Not-for-profits to commercial organisations – in operational to governance roles.Interactionz is a social enterprise that has at its heart a registered charitable trust which has been actively providing services in the community since 1967.While our foundation work is in delivering mentoring services to help create better lives for individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities, we saw an opportunity to expand our work to support the lives of young people and migrants in the community, and so increased our delivery capacity to include them.Introducing a suite of Visualisation Services for businesses, social service agencies and not-for-profits has given us a bigger opportunity to do even more for the lives of those in our community who need support to move forward with confidence, and live a more fulfilling and rewarding life.In other words we’re changing the world, one person at a time. And we love what we do…Our vision is that we can make the community a better place to live, for all.
