Hi. Probably the best way to introduce myself is by sharing who I am and what I believe in. What I believe in fuels my passion to work in the way that I do, and who I am gives me the courage to do it. Here's what I believe in: "There is uniqueness and genius inside of you. There is the same inside of me. Willingness to find that, share that - for the good of everybody - is what life is all about." Getting together with others as a supportive collective, my preference, means sharing and learning from one another, to be able to stay inspired and skilled to support others to create and self-manage change and create happy lives for themselves. Happy people contribute so meaningfully to society and to our planet... and that's AWESOME! I'm a learner, facilitator and educator and am passionate about affecting social change and supporting all types of people and organisations to help them grow to be the best they can be. On my journey I have lead the transition of a charity to become a social enterprise, have worked with many businesses and their leadership and management teams, to help: establish goals & business plans; to find and expand-on personal core strengths; to manage their people better; and, to create a culture of trust, cooperation and engagement within their businesses, ensuring effective changes are implemented. Much of my recent work has been as a facilitator of learning, content developer, and a trainer and practitioner in change management. I believe life is about people first. Always. And that relationships are the currency of business.
