-In charge of blueprint design from finance. Landed blueprint across three cycles in Microsoft's annual blueprint planning process. -Delivered blueprint thru all Microsoft solution areas (Different combinations across the three fiscal years): STU (pre-sales) Modern Work, Security, Business Applications, Data & AI, Infrastructure and App Innovation; and end-to-end CSU (post-sales)-Design and implement productivity metrics. High leverage on prior field experience to ensure actionable insights.-Effectively landed blueprint across opposite environments. Growth/Investment as well as reprioritization/reduction.-Ensure business strategy can be implemented thru the blueprint execution, simplifying complex financial dependencies bridging business with finance.

-Identify and lead new business projects and initiatives across all Microsoft segmentation (SMB, Corporate and Enterprise Segments) in three different locations, Argentina, Chile and South.-In charge of local discretionary investment buckets, designed to unlock and/or boost new business opportunities. -Partner closely with Sales, Marketing and other Finance teams to pursue whitespace opportunities, leveraging resources across every organization.-Develop long term models and generate ad-hoc analysis focusing on financial data and outcomes, merging both consumptions driven and “classic billed” purchase options and metrics.

-Responsible for Microsoft's solution areas, Modern Workplace (Office 365, Windows & Security) and Business Apps (Dynamics CRM/ERP). Owner of related scorecard metrics.-Landed Microsoft Teams on original release. Planned the marketing campaign for Kaizala (discontinued), leading to global success case for the product. -In charge of developing strong partnerships with the segment marketers, customers and partner segment stakeholders to lead and execute the local priorities.-Contribute to the development of the local product marketing strategy from a commercial and consumer perspective for the Solution Area.-Orchestrate customer campaigns and marketing activities, develop integrated marketing campaigns, and deliver product, solutions and customer campaign feedback to the business.-Align with the regional team to implement latam/corp driven initiatives.-Host and speaker in several events to drive Office usage and share Microsoft innovative mision.

-Land global market intelligence data and insights, providing periodical updates for local subsidiary decision making. -Orchestrate all major market primary and secondary research projects and investments within the subsidiary, including regional and/or global trackers and syndicated research.-Analyze and interpret data to provide recommendations and insights.-Conduct integrated analysis of multiple sources to convert data into actionable insights.-Ensure accurate interpretation of market and competitors data within area.
