Responsible for collaborating with the BRCMs in the process of reviewing the effective operation of the controls and generation of reports. Update the global tool for Retail management (HELIOS). Collaborate in the identification of deficiencies in the processes; mitigate their associated risks and consequently reduce exposure to operational incidents, some of my functions being:- Particularly in charge of CiberSecurity, regarding training, talks, monitoring.- Generate the permanent updating of the RCA, collaborating in the preparation of the reports required to be presented to the different committees.- Ensure the follow-up of responses, in a timely manner, to the observations identified by the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Line of Defense, external audits (KPMG) and by the regulatory entity (BCRA).- Ensure the process of operational losses and follow-up in the HELIOS management tool, through a Quality Assurance process.- Updating of the risk matrix to determine the annual review plan.- Collaboration in the design of the key controls to be carried out.- Assistance in the process of validating key requirements for monitoring controls to ensure they are being carried out
