Production Unit Manager at Shell Buenos Aires Refinery responsible for Operations of the Catalytic Cracking and the Luboil&Bitumen complexes.

The role was to coordinate and manage from a Process Technology point of view the development of small/medium size growth projects during all phases (Identify, Assess, Select, Define, Execution) either with own resources or engineering contractors and P&T staff (process integrator and specialists). To provide technological support during the pre-commissioning, commissioning and start up phases of the projects and acceptance test runs.

Operational Readiness focal point for 400mln headline size project. The project team was very diverse (several contractors involved in different countries).
