The Commercial Operations Manager is a fully integrated member of the client account commercial office team and works under the direction of commercial, account and project leadership to align commercial operations processes to leadership’s vision and strategic direction. I report to the Commercial Director or Commercial Operations/Management for the account or key member of the client account leadership team. I interact on an ongoing basis with client account leadership, delivery leadership, client project teams, commercial teams, and Accenture support teams.Key Responsibilities: • Assist commercial and/or account leadership in communicating and executing the commercial vision for the account.• Participate in implementation and execution of account-level policies, procedures and standards to ensure smooth and controlled management of the account and delivery of services.• Ensure ongoing consistent adherence to commercial processes, procedures and standards, and manage issue and risk reporting on non-compliance to standards with commercial and account leadership.• Provide analyses, metrics, and reporting as requested to report on the “state of the account”.• Provide general hi level project management services in organizing, planning and facilitating account meetings, report outs, quality audits/reviews, etc.• Supports commercial and account leadership in managing a fully integrated commercial operations team.• Assist account and delivery leadership in specific initiatives aimed at delivering successfully against the contract and client expectations.• Assist in preparation for commercial contract negotiations by coordinating preparation of materials, organizing human and physical resources, and other activities as needed.• Can participate/assist on manage and coordination of items including HR/Financial Review / CM / Sales / Compliance / Operations.

Key responsibilities performed:- Business advisory. Provide support, guidance and recommendation to executives for all relevant financial and contractual discussions with client.- Team management, including people development and defining clear career paths, recruitment and training.- Forecasting and planning activities assuring accuracy and predict potential variances based on levers ensuring recognition following US GAAP principles.- Working capital management, ensuring client agreement to bill, establishing and implementing appropriate debt follow-up.- Quality and Compliance role. Internal and external audits responsible.- Develop and analyze KPIs and contract metrics, lead monthly financial reviews with partners and advise management in decision making.- Monitor contract financial status and costs, perform financial forecasting and analysis, and produce financial reports.- Identify and implement appropriate procedures to improve accounting and reporting.- Perform Quality and Service Reviews within the team, to continuously improve the quality delivery.- Actively participate and develop cross team initiatives/programs adding value with a simplified, more direct processes to manage for example volume of smaller contracts.
