Led a team of 8, responsible for originating, structuring and executing corporate finance transactions in several sectors including financial services (banking and insurance), oil and gas, real estate, telecoms and manufacturing. Services provided: financial advisory, equity/debt capital raising, merger/acquisition advisory, corporate restructuring.  Responsibilities: P&L responsibility for developing and achieving division’s budget, originating and providing guidance on structuring and execution of team transactions, client relationship management, general oversight and issue resolution. Some achievements:o Led a team with a stronger focus on deal origination (quality of pitch documents), financial analysis of potential clients and valuation (especially with regards to comparables and DCF valuations)o Team Lead for the Issuance of States Bonds; Imo State (N18.5billion); Bayelsa State (N50billion); Kaduna State (N8.5billion); Niger State (N6billion); Kwara State (N18billion).o Team member for the structuring, analysis and documentation for the BGL private placement that led to the significant increase in BGL’s equity capital and the unbundling of the BGL groupo Actively supported the SEC market committee set up in 2008 to resolve the irregularities and inefficiencies of the Nigerian Registrars – member of the editing committee responsible for the final report.  Some transactions:o Team Lead for the Acquisition of Transcorp by Heirs Holdings Limited (2011).
