After finishing my higher education in Germany and arrival to Iran in 1993, in addition to teaching at Amirkabir University of technology, I also started some activities in the industry in order to transfer earned experiences in an industrialized country to my country.These activities have been continued in 2 main areas: solar energy (emphasis on solar heating and cooling, solar power generation) and innovation management in small and medium-sized enterprises (with the aim to provide solutions in process, product and business model).My thirty years’ experience in the field of solar energy has been resulted to the registration of 14 national patents, more than 80 applied projects in industry, 10 books and 30 national and international papers. Besides academic activities, I have tried to be active in some Iranian associations. Solar Industries Association's President, Vice-President of Iran confederation of knowledge based association, consultant of labor ministry in the field of vocational education and training are the most prominent sides of me.Now, in addition to management of my own companies, and consulting several industrial enterprises my ultimate goal is to develop my plan named “Emdad sanat” in order to promote Iranian SME‘s potential based on implementation of innovation management.
