HOD for (Procurement – Contracts – Cost Control – Technical – Planning) Reporting to GM• Establish responsibility Matrix for all commercial departments• Create and Adjust job description for all subordinates.• Conduct weekly meeting with Construction Team & All Departments for Coordination of all technical & commercial requirements.• Manage the Monthly Materials plan for site and Link it with Cash Flow.• Manage Procurement Team and follow the procurement log and keep updates with Planning & Construction teams.• Manage the procurement team for procurement packages from sourcing till awarding.• Manage the contracts agreements (review/comment and approve the contracts).• Manage the contracts team for monthly productivity of subcontractors and update the monthly evaluationShare with cost control the budget preparation including (materials, subcontractors, manpower, equipment, and other expenses• Review and approve the Cost Budget in coordination with construction team.• Establish the system of Budgetary control and actual costs update in coordination with site team and accounts.• Manage Technical team for all technical issues ( Materials submissions, prequels, shop drawings,…) and manage to track submissions logs and link the same with planning.• Manage planning Team and focus for the area of concern to move the progress and enhance the cash flow.• Prepare monthly payment plan for suppliers & subcontractors based on monthly accruals and due payments in coordination with Finance Manager.• Manage the monthly target plan and manage to achieve maximum possible productivity, and ensure all resources
