The project is aiming to develop a national framework for Bahrain that sets out the standards and levels at which a qualification can be recognized. Managing a team of 10 technicians that provides the technical computer support (hardware and software) for all BTI staff and about 600 PCs in BTI. I was also in charge of administering and looking after BTI network (Windows NT4.0, 2000 Servers and more than 800 PCs in labs of mixed Windows environment). With the Support Unit I have managed to carry some projects to expand BTI network and enhance the services provided by the network e.g. introducing e-email to BTI staff.
