Still on Core Apps squad, responsible to maintain tooling, ci/cd, and improving developer experience.Worked on a wide variety of things, most notably:- Conduct regular feedback sessions to gather other developers pain points and critical issues on development to get actionable tasks and improve the development experience.- Write docs, conventions, and guidelines- Ensure code quality checks, applying linters, code smell, and unit test on pipelines- Create and maintain tools for development- Maintain CI / CD pipelines for multiple apps in development- Provide pipelines necessary for apps & test engineers- Maintain slack bots that provide pipeline information- Create reusable template for CI/CD for apps development

Moved to Core Apps Developer Experience squad, the squad responsible to improve all apps engineer developer experience and happiness in development.Some of the work done:- Conduct regular feedback sessions to gather other developers pain points and critical issues on development to get actionable tasks and improve the development experience for all.- Write docs, conventions, and guidelines for others to follow- Create and maintain tools to speed up development- Improve build system to improve build and compile time- Maintain CI / CD pipelines- Create Bot to trigger build and provide pipeline result information

Worked on Core Apps Framework Squad. The squad is responsible for building frameworks used by the mobile team, and Improving the developer experience.I worked mostly on Android development, such as:- Standardize gradle scripts used by the developers- Add reusable gradle scripts for build system- On a wide variety of things, most notably- Start implementing unit tests & ci on android project

Responsible for improving other employees mobile development skills especially with react-native. Creating and improving code writing standard and guidelines to improve maintainability and efficiency.Researching latest technology to help project needs
