- Responsible for providing support in technical operations like building and maintaining systems and design.-Drafting technical requirements by using energy management system for proper balancing of building-Handling responsibilities of planning preventive maintenance for hvac, cda, pest control, cleaning services, building maintenance and landscape.-Performing the task of developing and designing operational practices by following standard guidelines-Assisted and guided the contractors in completing the tenders and managed the projects assigned (on behalf of facility project managers). To ensure OSHA, HSE criteria in order during the planning, design, construction, and operations- Responsible for complete process of validation, revalidation and annual certification for all facility equipment and systems e.g. HVAC, Nitrogen, Compress Dry Air, BMS and all types of Clean Room.- Responsible for planning and executing all facilities related improvement and expansion project from initial stage till successful completion & hand over. - Ensure all maintenance SOPs and documentation are compliance with OSHA, ISO 13485, GxP, FDA.- Liaise and work with relevant authorities (TNB, ST, Bomba) for submissions, inspections, testing requirements and commissioning.
