Project Engineer
Current M&E Specialist High rise: Getaris Simfoni II, Bandar Teknologi Kajang, Jalan Semenyih. (ACMV) High rise: Sunway Gandaria, Bandar Baru Bangi. (ACMV) High rise: Santa Grand, Ampang. (ACMV)o Ensure the design by consultant can meet up with system requirement.o Prepare the budget for the whole project at early stage.o Liaise with supplier for site material, equipment, system component and keep track financially on project basis.o Manage the project assigned to follow work program and complete in timely.o Liaise with client, consultants, architects, main-contractors and sub-contractors and handles all technical matters to ensure smooth project implementation.o Responsible for coordination works.o Keep track, monitor and report project progress on regular basis.o Ensure on-time submission of documents/deliverables and liaise with relevant parties to obtain necessary approval/clearance.o Attend regular client’s meetings and respond to client’s request.
