As the Head of Delivery at 3Dolphins.ai, I collaborate closely with technical and functional consultants to manage the delivery of features and products to our customers, ensuring that all development and delivery is completed in a timely and efficient manner.

As a Java Developer, I leveraged my technical expertise in Java programming to develop software applications and systems for a variety of clients and organizations.Over the course of three years and eight months in this role, I contributed to the development of a wide range of applications, including web-based platforms, mobile applications, and enterprise software systems. I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop high-quality software products that met the needs of our clients and delivered a high level of performance and functionality.

I am honored to have served as a Product Mentor at Rakamin Academy in Jakarta, Indonesia from January 2023 to February. During my time in this role, I had the privilege of working with 14 talented individuals as they sought to develop a new financial product for My Digital Academy by Bank Mandiri.As a mentor, my primary responsibility was to provide guidance and support to my mentees as they navigated the product development process. This involved collaborating with them to clarify any roadblocks they encountered, helping them to conduct thorough product research, and providing feedback on their ideas and progress.Overall, my time as a Product Mentor at Rakamin Academy was a rewarding and fulfilling experience. I am proud to have had the opportunity to contribute to the development of a new financial product and to have played a role in the professional growth and development of my mentees.
