-Analyze and design process for new product introduction (NPI)-Design jig and prepare tooling or equipment-Create CNC program for machining center and lathe machining by manual and by using CAM programming software.-Analyze current process to improve product quality and process cycle time.-Perform First Article (FA) inspection.-Plan master schedule for new product.-Cooperate with tools and jig maker.

-Assist engineers in New Product Introduction (NPI) validation including new device, new material and tools and support wirebond development activities.-Troubleshoot bonding process error.-Carry out wirebond quality inspection/test and provide data analysis report.-Knowledge in wire bonding process, its wire characteristic and quality criteria.-Familiar with Front of Line (FOL) and End of Line (EOL) assembly process.-Knowledge in transfer molding and cropping process of IC packaging.-Knowledge in basic operation (setup and conversion) of K&S wire bonding machine.

-Manage IQC section at Sub-Con and work independently to ensure incoming parts meet the quality requirement.-Monitor and maintaining the quality of incoming parts and solving quality issue. Specializing in mechanical part such as plastic injection molding part, rubber part and metal part. Familiar with facsimile machine assembly. -Liaise with suppliers quality assurance personnel and analyze countermeasure reports and corrective actions taken by the suppliers. -Carry out analysis on part or product defects related to quality issues.-Train and develop sub-ordinate. -Managing internal quality audits.-Work closely with production personnel and purchaser to ensure smooth production.-Cooperate with R&D and Material Control Department to enhance incoming parts quality.
