• Lead and supervise a group of Senior Technicians, Technicians and Operators from Sungai Dua WTP, Lahar Tiang Pump House, Mengkuang Dam, Mak Sulong Pump House and Bukit Indera Muda Reservoir pertaining to maintenance, operation and projects.• Establish local liaison and work closely with external agencies such as DOSH, MKN, SPAN, DOE, KKM and SIRIM.• Responsible to ensure existing water supply infrastructure and facilities at Penang’s largest water treatment plant are always upgraded to operate effectively and efficiently.• To ensure water quality complies with MOH drinking water quality standards.• Stand ready for on-going ad-hoc emergency plant visits weekend nor weekdays.

• Assist in data analysis, database, reporting and presentation for quality checking.• Conduct defect analysis by using the necessary management tools, 4M analysis and why-whyanalysis, to acquire the cause or root cause and propose the necessary measures.• Responsible as project leaders, spec. controller, parts development Q-PIC, assembly, welding,PO parts, CBU functionality and testing PIC.
