During my one-month observership in internal medicine with Prof.Dr. Sylvia, I gained valuable exposure to the daily practices of an internist in the Internal Medicine Department. My responsibilities included observing patient consultations and examinations, participating in case discussions and multidisciplinary team meetings, and attending educational activities such as lectures and seminars. I also had the opportunity to understand medical documentation and the use of electronic health records. This experience significantly enhanced my knowledge of internal medicine and developed my professional and communication skills within a clinical setting.
