Jan 2010 till Jun 2011o Sales Manager Jun 2011 till now DETAILS OF FUNCTIONS: Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures. Collaborates with the General Manager to develop sales and marketing strategies Manages personnel and develops sales staff. Training the new sales staff. Holds regular meeting with sales staff. Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams. Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in sales. Provides quarterly results assessments of sales staff’s productivity. Handles the Petty Cash Box (cash/ cheques deposits, bank withdrawal) Follow up the process of collecting clients' payments (Cash/ Cheques). Daily report about local expenses and income payments. Answering clients’ requests (personal meetings, phone, email and fax). Resolved customer complaints and critical situations with clients by identifying problems and taking appropriate corrective action. Achieves customer service objectives by contributing customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing customer-service standards; resolving problems. Determines customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers; visiting operational environments; conducting surveys; benchmarking best practices. Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, exhibitions, etc. Type various letters, memos, minutes of meetings, e-mails, etc. and distribute to employees. Maintain schedules and calendars of the General Manager, arrange and confirm appointments. Reports directly to: General Manager in Qatar, CEO in Kuwait, Vice CEO in Kuwait, Regional Sales Manager in Kuwait, Director of Sales and Marketing in Kuwait, Director of Members Service Department in Kuwait.
