Strive with your team to avoid complaints and earn compliments.o Identify and meet the standard and special service requirements of the passenger at check-in, transfer desk, special services and boarding gates by adhering to the set service standards and procedures so that the passengers are handled in a friendly and efficient manner.o Responsible for monitoring flight build up as allocated by the Supervisors Airport Service- Ramp (SAS-R) in order that the EK baggage are processed and loaded as required.o Advice the passengers of facilities offered at the lounges and the boarding procedures of their flights, including final calls announcements to be made at 100% of timeso Ensure that the lounge system occupancy levels are monitored in order to divert loads to other lounges as to avoid/ minimize customers inconvenienceo Provide comprehensive assistance to high profile customers during times of disruption e.g. flight delays, cancellations, misconnections etc and make decisions which are in the customer’s best interests and which maintains a positive Emirates customer service experience.

o Reporting to air traffic control and airport staff about departure times, and after departure, providing reports on aircraft status and predicted arrival timeso Ensure aviation gas is adequate and the aircraft is correctly balanced for take-off and subsequent landingReviewing aircraft weight, fuel loads and cargo loadsGeneral duties to ensure the aircraft is safe and ready to fly

o Help passengers establish itineraries and answer general questions o Responsible for flight schedule changes, meal inventory, and ticket counto Take customer complaints and follow up on their claimso Coordinate and assist flight crew to ensure safe and reliable flight operationo Ability to use both Departure Control System (DCS) and front check systemo Coordinate with the operation department to prepare flight plans with maximum take off and landing weights, weather reports, field conditions, NOTAMS and other reports required for the safe completion of flight
