* Manage key accounts ( Consultants , Architects and Lighting designers ) existing in the Levant countries and their regional offices located worldwide.* Provide lighting design support for Road, Area, Façade, Sports, Residential, Retail, Hospitality, Office, Industry, Healthcare and city beautification projects.* Conduct technical and products seminars to lighting designers/ consultants and Architects.* Introduce the latest Philips lighting innovations to architects and lighting designers.* Evaluate Effort vs Return from existing accounts and prepare accordingly an action and marketing plan.* Conduct meetings with governmental and private entities to develop the business and be closer to end clients.* Follow up and coach partners in Levant on our systems propositions.* Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities.* Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials.

* Utilities representative in front of the client Governmental/Private to discuss new project requirements, scope of work, deliverables and delivery time.* Preparation of utilities scope in proposals for small and mega projects.* Preparation of due diligence report through data collection and review of topographical survey, existing utility networks, existing road levels, site visits and investigations with local authorities for integrating new projects into the existing grids.* Preparation of design criteria report.* Coordinating with authorities for availability of load, existing services, and utility plots.* Preparation of concept report and drawings.* Decommissioning of Substations and relocation of dry and wet existing services.* Preparation of detail design drawings for Power distribution networks (400kv, 132kv, 22kv, 11kv and LV) including load estimation, substations locations, network sizing and load flow analysis using ETAP international software.* Performing calculations for transformer sizing, voltage drop estimation, electrical cable sizing, heating and loss estimation and selection of circuit breakers at different levels.* Performing lighting calculations including reports and 3D modelling for external areas using street lighting softwares.* Preparation of street lighting detail design drawings and calculations.* Telecommunication Network Design including GSM plots locations and landline corridor reservations.* Good knowledge of wet services including Storm water, Potable Water, Sewerage and Irrigation.* Preparation of detailed design drawings.* Liaison with Client, Project Managers and Authorities to obtain design approvals.* Preparation of constructions drawings, specifications and bill of quantities.* Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing prior to delivery of equipment to site.* Ensure effective project delivery while maintaining client satisfaction and colleagues’ appreciation.
