• Managing the LV /ELV Department for the following systems (Fire alarm, Fire fighting and central battery systems, Power and switch gear Network, light control, Rms, and hospitality system, Access control & CCTV systems, Smatv & IP TV, Parking management system, structured cable, Audio & Video Switches, digital Signage, Facade lights, Bms & Plc, Chiller & pumps, HVAC Control and system sequence operation ).• Full knowledge of power network and Authority requirements, design, and implementation (MDB, SMDB, DB & Busbar).ON/OFF grid PV System installation. • Provide technical advice to the construction team and raise RFI if required.•Full knowledge of MEP services and impact caused by Architectural changes to the clients/consultant and recorded it.• Review hardware and engineering requirements for specific projects by standard engineering procedures.• Full knowledge of authority requirements (DCD, DU, SIRA, Etisalat, and Dewa). • Maintenance and Hospitality management experience.• Full knowledge of Ets plants room and SCADA system sequence operation.• Coordinate the hardware schedules and drawings/schematics.• Produce testing and commissioning schedules, method statements and ensures that testing takes place to meet agreed standards.• Provide input to plans on all engineering and commissioning activities.• Works with Third Party suppliers and subcontractors to ensure on plan and budget performance.• Ensure work to the project team and monitor the progress to completion of Asper-based line programs.• Ensure the works comply with the contract documents including AS Built drawings, QCR, NCR, OM, Project library as per the specifications.• Ensure that the works are completed on time, notifying the client of any delays and valuing the costs associated with the delays, and QS coordination.• Managing the defect liability period after taking over certificate. • Full knowledge of MEP systems maintenance and operations.
