Entrusted with the responsibility of managing and handling the administration of plumbing – HVAC - firefighting -fire alarm works.Periodic site inspection with site engineers/site in-charges / supervisors in all aspects of plumbing firefighting -fire alarm activities to ensure the quality, timely execution, safety, standards & specifications of the contract documents and comply with the local authority’s rules and regulations. Also, investigate problems and recommend solutions.Responsible to design shop drawings and computation and take approval from local authorities/consultants/contractors. Have an excellent knowledge and conversant about the rules and regulations of local authorities like DEWA /SEWA – DCD – DMAttend and conduct site meetings with client/consultant/contractor / sub-contractor to update the progress of works and continuous development of projects. Also, prepare and support for the new proposals, evaluates bids, and review the estimation prepared by QS, subcontract agreements, material submittals, and letter correspondence to the client/consultant/subcontractors.Prepare the project schedule, manpower, material, and work schedule of each project and keep on follow-up with the site-in charge by getting each day site report to ensure cost control and the delivery of the project on time.Cost control, maximizing productivity and profit to ensure the continuous improvement of the company by giving proper instruction, guidance and ensure the coordination between the various division like purchase, store, transport, and site for better material management and cost.Control of the projects also ensures the time on delivery to avoid misinterpret and delay. Co-ordinate and maintain effective working relationships with other engineering disciplines, field crews, contractors, vendors, outside agencies, the public & staff members. Commissioning of systems, preparing to hand over documents and as-built drawings.
