Fadi is a Senior Associate in the Brokerage & Advisory division for HVS Americas and is directly involved in the acquisition, disposition, and transaction process for multimillion-dollar hospitality assets, ranging from independent, limited-service hotels to franchised, select-service hotels throughout the state of Texas and across the United States.Fadi provides guidance in every aspect of the transaction process, including hotel valuation, disposition strategy, marketing, and coordination of the due diligence and escrow process. Fadi has been involved in hundreds of hospitality transactions with an aggregate value of over $700 million and has performed valuations on over $2 billion of hotel investment properties. Fadi is known for his strong analytic skills and dedicated client focus. He excels at working closely with clients to establish realistic and achievable expectations.Prior to joining the Brokerage & Advisory division, Fadi worked for the Consulting & Valuation division as a Project Manager, where he performed a range of services on over 100 hotel assets, ranging from economy class to upper-upscale properties. Before joining HVS, he conducted financial analyses, underwrote transactions, and performed market and transaction analyses at CBRE Hotels.
