CurrentAdminister and manage CMPRO, a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) COTS solution used for aircraft documentation, configuration management, inventory control, and work orders.Perform manual functional and regression testing of CMPRO’s core features (search, create, edit, file attachments) following Oracle updates, server upgrades, and block points.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring data integrity, minimal downtime, and stable performance.Utilize SQL within Tableau to assist engineers in visualizing part data, enabling quick access to details like quantity, part name, and description.Track and manage user stories, bugs, and tickets in Azure DevOps during the first year, supporting development of internal aircraft supply chain tools.Act as a liaison between IT, supply chain, and vendors to facilitate contracts, ensuring seamless vendor onboarding and project initiation.
