I also led a team of manufacturing engineers focused on driving manufacturing improvement programs for Surgical Systems. Earlier in my career, I oversaw the design, testing, and production of various wearable and implantable medical devices, including pacemakers, glucose monitors, and nerve stimulators, ensuring they met rigorous quality standards and delivered reliable care to patients.My expertise includes engineering change management, problem-solving, packaging design, concept development, and new product introduction. I have consistently delivered projects that reduced production costs, improved user retention, and ensured regulatory compliance.
