Bringing more than 20 years of experience in top management positions, leading private sector companies, NGOs and media production houses with hands-on experience managing teams, project management and producing documentaries for social development and photography.In 1973, I was born in Cairo, Egypt. I pursued an early career in restaurants management, then moved to social development and advocacy work where I am using video documentaries to impact people's lives. My experience in restaurant management built my skills in dealing with people (clients), enhancing my ability to understand their needs and provide the exact customer experience they are looking for. Food and beverage industry is one of the most demanding when it comes to customer centricity and efficiency of operations.
