 Manage all Quality aspects of the EBS Division Prepare and present the business plans for the retention revenue for EBS Division. Guide the operations throughout the project life cycle to ensure that they meet the Quality objectives of the division. Educate the customer on aspects of handling change management and other related issues that may arise in a project Look for opportunities to generate retention revenue without compromising on the quality of the deliverables. Liaise and co-ordinate with Sales on enhancing the value to the prospects by having satisfactory pre sales activities.

 Analyze business needs and processes and provide suitable, cost-effective IT solutions. Planning and Co-ordination in defining business processes, deciding and achieving project mile stones and in supporting change management along with the client as well as the internal team. Risk Anticipation and Mitigation Co-ordination with the Principal and other external parties, on product related deliverables. Post implementation support

 Project Management of assigned ERP projects with the mandate to deliver projects within the budgeted time and cost. Support Sales by providing mapped pre sales demos Analyze business needs and processes and provide suitable, cost-effective IT solutions. Planning and Co-ordination with the client in defining business processes, deciding and achieving project mile stones and in supporting change management. Post implementation support and maintenance. Co-ordination with the Principal and other external parties, on product related deliverables. Support, train and groom junior colleagues to take on additional responsibilities. Support the technical teams in relating to the business processes and concepts. Provide training to the end users on the business processes and the product.
