Fadiah Maharani (23) is a student in the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Airlangga. She is a Midwifery student currently engaged in public speaking and leadership activities. She trained in deliver public speaking properly as Master of Ceremony (MC), moderator, becoming a speaker in youth-related activities both in online and offline events, and also has many experiences in volunteering and organizations. She is currently selected as Brand Ambassador at Indonesia SDGs Summit and part of Duta UNAIR 2021.In 2020, she snatched several honors and awards, such as Duta Berbakat of Duta FK UNAIR 2020, and Duta Berbakat of Duta Kesehatan Anti Hepatitis B dan Corona Surabaya 2020. Based on those things, Fadiah always following several activities to develop her skills in her field of interest such as Essay competitions, and Public speaking competitions. In addition, being a Midwifery student opened her eyes to fight for human well-being, especially women and children. In her spare time, she also joins her mother's smaller stand-alone maternity units to practice her knowledge and learn about how to provide skilled, knowledgeable, respectful, and compassionate care for all women, newborn infants, and their families.Besides, Fadiah also joins some organizations and volunteering such as Himpunan Mahasiswa Kebidanan Universitas Airlangga, and TEDxUniversitasAirlangga with wide-ranged roles from the staff to the Head of Public Relation Division.
