Led a team of 4 people (1 aftermarket representative, 1 marketing & sales back office analyst (1 trainee) to achieve the best results in the history of the market 1.151 retail sales (53% over budget, 62% compared to the same period last year and 43% of BMW Motorrad sales in 2009), P&A sales of $1.7 million (73% over budget) and generated a profit of 2.5 million euros (56% over budget), despite the negative impact of the euro against the U.S. dollar. Developed and implemented dealer development strategy, increasing the dealer network from 4 to 6 in 2008. 2008 saw the implementation of QMA and DMS (auto) in the existing dealer network. Focus on marketing activities (summer and winter events, road shows, trade fairs, dealer events, launches) "Travel and Vacation Program" 2000 and launch of the first BMW Enduro Park in Latin America), customer satisfaction and BMW Motorrad brand image. Based on the "sales momentum" of AR 2000, a dedicated wholesale and retail financing product was developed with the active support of BMW Financial Services Argentina (i.e.: "BMW Select"). Opened up new business opportunities to sell to the authorities (winning a tender for 100 motorcycles in Mendoza in September 2000).

Internet Center of Competence for BMW Group in Central & South America. Development and launch of regional internet platform for all brands and business units. Creation of a content management system for the region, in two languages with over 130 active users. Relaunch of BMW, BMW Motorrad, MINI, Financial Services, BMW Driver Training and Dealer websites in the region. Content administration and monitoring of 54 websites in the region. Implementation of Loyalty Program in Argentina. Supervision of relationship marketing activities in Argentina. Development of systematic prospecting strategy focused in increasing conquest rates.
