With more than 15 years of dedicated experience, I am a passionate advocate for digital transformation and AI integration. Throughout my career, I've been at the forefront of utilizing AI technologies, with a special focus on ChatGPT, to spearhead and optimize digital transformation endeavors. In addition, I hold a BSc and a Master's in Informatics Engineering from the University of Aleppo in Syria, where my specialization was in networks and cybersecurity. My Master's dissertation focused on selecting the best customer relationship management system using artificial intelligence techniques.
