-Develop excellent and engaging creative concept for visual to be delivered by the events team for a lively public realm. -Brainstorm with Planning Account Management and Creative teams to create and develop concepts-Acts as the main point of contact in the team for Account Management and Project Management.-Lead on artist outreach and oversee artist liasing throughout the projects. -Work closely with marketing, partnerships and sponsorships on potential partners, brand alliances and sponsorship strategies.-Lead visual art team in offering considered art advisory across public realm and art projects to stakeholders.-Direct visual arts projects, managing the in house team and third party consultants across diverse projects within the public and semi-private realm.

-Create concepts and designs for marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, website content, and print ads.-Develop and present creative projects that support agreed upon goals and strategy.-Manage a team of designers and ensure that they are meeting deadlines and producing high-quality work.-Collaborate directly with clients and project teams to understand client objectives and project design
