I am Fadi Jomma, 15+ years of experience in finance and accounting with international companies in Lebanon and Dubai, U.A.E.I started as an accountant in a small local business and with time, hard work, and dedication, I escalated positions while gaining essential skills and experience. Throughout my work journey, I held the positions of chief accountant, financial manager, senior internal auditor, and global financial analyst. My responsibilities in finance overlapped with the responsibilities of the HR department. I got passionate and curious to learn more about this department. When I moved to Canada, I decided to pursue my passion by enrolling into the HRM program in Centennial College.
