I lead this fault by working with Network Engineering, F5 vendors, Media Engineering and OpenText Vendors to minimize the impact to 0 down time outage by deploying a Session Mirroring across the F5, the end result was achieved successfully, improvement customer’s satisfactions and NPS.Achieved a Director’s award after I created a Google Analytic tool for the AFL platform front end.
