Senior Project Manager
Current• Agile project management, scope creation, requirement gathering, user stories, project kick-off, creating the project charter, creating and maintaining the schedule, risk management, communication management, project budgeting, resource allocation, owning the budget, forecasting effort, and recognizing revenue as per the PRM.• Very successful track record in delivering multimillion complex projects within budget, schedule, and Scope on-prem and cloud.• Single point of contact, developing relationships with clients and exploring new opportunities for mutual benefits of Temenos and the client, act as the first point of escalation for the clients.• Devise new business opportunities to sell additional services, and licenses, focusing on Revenue generation and P&L.• Risks mitigation and issues resolving both internally and externally.• Using JIRA & Salesforce to create opportunities, SOW, user stories, sprints, change requests for services & change requests, manage P&L, and ensure delivery of projects within agreed financial parameters.• Work with Banks C-level management to help build and meet the bank’s business objectives and vision.• Administer and mentor project teams across different geo-locations, leading and motivating team members for enhanced delivery of work.• Liaise with TEMENOS Senior Management on project & client issues to ensure a satisfactory conclusion.• Heading steering committee meetings and providing updates on the projects on regular basis.
