Soekarno-Hatta International Airport Transportation Operations (Dispatcher)• Sales Counter & Pick up service Staff operation pool• Manages drivers work schedule (planning) • Optimize the operation cars and driver's income to achieve revenue targets • Analize and riview key performance indicator• Identify, problem solving and fraud in operation• Establish good communication,coordination and coorperation with Drivers• Manages and Evaluate drivers performance to keep good income and excellent service to customer
