Leading segment Industry, in Borlänge, comprised of two groups engineers within mechanical and el-automation fields, including project leaders. Responsible for Rejlers Borlänge office, result, competence development, strategic work and change management, with goal to further develop Rejlers Industry Borlänge, the portfolio and attract relevant profiles. Natural part of the job is KAM responsibility, market development but also growth i.e. continuous recruitment and finding suitable assessments within Dalarna County. I'm also part of the steer group for Rejlers Industry Region Mitt.

Focus is on 6 different factories within EU region. The aim is to drive different initiatives, both internally and externally, with final goal to contribute to beneficial result. The tasks are connected to strategic market approach and internal competence development, to meet growing demands. In this role I have huge contact network, with people from different backgrounds, Communication skills and ability to reach common understanding are essential for successful cooperation and long-term profitability. It has been a great deal of joy to drive these initiatives and see the impact on the result.

Focus is on effectivization of the customer service, and internal processes. The aim was to assess, highlight deficiencies and give a proposal for efficiency advancement. The project was eventually broadened to the rest of organization. The result was suggestions on synergies and detailed ideas how to increase cooperation, streamline processes and make product and services more customer focused. The goal was also to raise awareness in the rest of organization, how decisions impact our customer relations, and that we all have responsibility for business continuity and growth. Before end of ssignment there were already significant changes in the communication, and involvement of the organization in solving a customer-related challenges, such as deliveries, quality, etc.

In this role I was supporting Sales Team with the marketing approach/activities, with aim to promote products in more structured way and strategic way and get closer to End Users. Natural part of the job was also competence development for sales profiles.

I am leading an international team (9 different nationalities) responsible for project execution. In addition to project management (from receiving order to delivery), the main responsibilities are to secure invoicing, minimize outstanding payments and reduce the amount of "Finished goods". All these are very important parameters for companies result. The job offers opportunity to try out the change management ability, when working to leverage efficiency in the working process, and eventually optimize the team. To maintain the high level of expertise, for each year we increase the number of certified project managers to ensure greater flexibility within the department and maintain good teamwork.

This is a unique technology-oriented academy. The focus group is engineers working for international Transmission and Distribution companies, as well as industrial power system owners or consulting companies. My main responsibility is budget, event planning and execution, the program, control of the technical content, so it is in line with predetermined requirements, internal/external communication/marketing, etc. In this role I have a team of people supporting with different initiatives. This has led to an amazing response from the participants, as they see great value with technical training. The interest is so big that people are asking for extra seat. It has been a great success.

There were different profiles within the group: communications manager, product managers, product and marketing specialists, and a consultant. I was responsible for strategic planning of various initiatives with the aim to increase market shares. The group was responsible for introduction of new products. We even assisted other departments with the technical expertise. Leading strong people is a huge challenge. Well-defined roles were essential part of the success. We were constantly contributing to increased sale, but also building up technical competence within a company.

Proactive marketing of transformer components in the various world regions (Africa, Asia, Mediterranean, Russia, etc.). Main responsibility was to execute, implement and follow up the strategic plan for business development, based on corporate and business unit objectives. The most advanced task was to develop and make available a strategically important market (after 7 years of absence), as it was the largest and trendsetter in the specific region. This was my biggest achievement.

Market coordinator for a global team (about 15 market specialists) representing our factory in different parts of the world. The goal was to achieve and maintain profitable growth of standard product sales. Results on base product sale have grown in one year, and there was a clear connection with the fact that we have had resources placed in markets, and that we utilized them effectively. This through well-executed strategic planning and implementation of customized marketing activities, as well as motivation and commitment by the entire work team, to drive towards the same goal. Since everyone were placed in different parts of the world, it implied even higher demands on the right routines/working methods where you have forums to learn best practice from each other. This was a key component to success.

I have worked as Area Sales Manager, in different regions. When working exclusively with East Africa, South Africa (including South Africa) and Italy, I had reached and exceeded the predetermined budget responsibility of 200MSek. With value base selling in focus, where you proactively market and lecture on the benefits and features of the apparatuses, I led sales of all products from our portfolio, for the largest projects at the time, in Botswana and Uganda.

My main responsibility was to plan cable networks, but also urban lighting networks. The job involved budget planning, network planning, reconstruction, project management, implementation, contact with the Municipality and some other authorities, etc.. I had sole responsibility for investigating and implementing voltage rises in Borlänge Kommun, with the aim of increasing electricity quality. I chaired the reference group for users of Vitec's software tools (various GIS program tools), and led a group represented by various distribution/transmission power companies in Sweden.

Development of a new type of implementation, known as SMART. The project has been successful, and the product became commercial. The concept on which the capacitor body is wrapped has been adapted and then used in other types of bushings. This has contributed to lower material and production costs.
