Reporting to the general manager, the position is extensive and entitles full management authority for an independent division for renewable energy and specialized integrated systems.• Implemented comprehensive business planning including budgeting, capital expenditure, business strategies, technology, engineering design, R&D, human resources, administration, procurement and logistics, and finance resources.• Managed the division’s P&L, achieved profitability by the third year from start-up and attained high profitability and continuous yearly double digit growth for the division.• Negotiated prestigious PV contracts successfully and coordinated with world class vendors, consultants, and clients. • Managed EPC PV projects (Certified PMP® No. 1360903) effectively throughout the complete lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, control, to close out. • Designed, simulated, & engineered unique and specialized integrated PV systems, including IOM manuals and PV engineering training programs.• Employed and managed sub-contractors and achieved lower operating costs and overheads.• Applied ISO 9001:2008 quality management system (Certified Internal QMS Auditor No. 32263)• Developed Solar PV sales network through local dealers, and wholesale network for export markets.

Reporting to the manager of a start-up division for renewable energy, the position is challenging with an objective to accomplishing a profitable business in an emerging market.• Launched a marketing plan through extensive research and implemented a sales strategy including estimation and pricing.
