• Reporting to the MD, the position is all-encompassing and warrants senior management director level authority for renewable energy IPP & EPC (Solar PV), as well as overall business management & corporate assignments.
• Managed P&L and business financial forecasting, authored strategic business plans, executed business development & bid management for IPP/EPC for Solar PV Plants in GCC & MENA.
• Developed economic / financial analysis modeling for solar PV projects development, with go-no-go feasibility sensitivity analysis, resulting in reduction in upfront BD investment.
• Engaged in-house/external legal advisors for drafting IPP Solar PV form of contracts, effected corporate compliance.
• Applied technical-commercial Due Diligence & accomplished bankable IPP Solar Plant/Portfolio Development.
• Established competitive costing model for tendering/pricing

• Reporting to the general manager, the position is extensive and entitles full management authority for an independent division for renewable energy and specialized integrated systems.
• Implemented comprehensive business planning including budgeting, capital expenditure, business strategies, technology, engineering design, R&D, human resources, administration, procurement and logistics, and finance.
• Managed the division’s P&L, achieved profitability by the third year from start-up and attained high profitability and continuous yearly double digit growth for the division.
• Negotiated prestigious PV contracts successfully and coordinated with world class vendors, consultants, and clients.
• Managed EPC PV projects (Certified PMP® No. 1360903) effectively throughout the complete lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, control, to close out.
• Designed, simulated, & engineered unique and specialized integrated PV systems, including IOM manuals and PV engineering training programs.

• Reporting to the manager of a start-up division for renewable energy, the position is challenging with an objective to accomplishing a profitable business in an emerging market.
• Launched a marketing plan through extensive research and implemented a sales strategy including estimation and pricing. Achieved growth and acquired a reputed client base within the first year of operation.
• Further enhanced the PV product offerings beyond distribution of finished products and established in-house customized design, engineering, and systems integration services. Expanded the product line to include traffic.
• Managed PV projects through all stages: from engineering design and tendering to contract negotiation, procurement and logistics, installation, and testing and commissioning, with strict focus on EHS & QA/QC.
• Extended the finished PV product distribution and integrated PV systems services to export markets (GCC, Middle East, Africa).

Managed systems installation & operation (onshore & offshore) of Computer Assisted Predictive/Planned Maintenance, and Inventory Control Systems. Engineering data analysis & reporting to clients. Initiated marketing and sales strategy and further developed the business growth and turnover.
