Extensive experience analyzing, negotiating and drafting a wide range of M & A and other corporate, commercial and real estate transactional documents including, asset and stock purchase agreements, corporate restructuring, commercial loans, customer and vendor agreements, requirements and output contracts and joint venture agreements. Serve as counsel and primary advisor on all legal issues from employment and business related problems to the management of the activities of litigation counsel for several area businesses including a rapidly growing national corporate client with revenues of more than $200 million. Developed and manage the business immigration practice subsection of the Firm.

Taught senior level courses in organizational behavior and organizational development and change, management, managing change, and international business. Co-developed a course on managing diversity.
