Main Duties:- Design and optimization of manufacturing equipment and processes.- Catheter Design, development, and testing. - Catheter bonding and manufacturing technique.- Write verification test protocols, test plans, and data capturing system as per ISO 25539, ISO 5840-3, and iso 10555.- Write Working Instructions, Training protocols, Device History Records, Purchasing specifications, and incoming inspection documents; and making sure they are up to date.- Preparing the TAVI Kit and assisting the surgeons during the Animal Trials. - Risk Analysis as per ISO 14971.- Conduct bench-top, ex-vivo and in-vivo experiments.- Dealing with non-conformance from manufacturing and undertaking corrective action. - Write Working Instruction, Training protocol, Device History Records, Purchasing specifications, and incoming inspection documents; and making sure they are up to date.- CAD modeling, development and testing of tools/jigs for ease of manufacturing processes.
