Senior Management Consultant
CurrentAs a management consultant, I am assigned to assist the organization in achieving greater efficiency and solving organizational problems, in addition to studying organizational structures, methods, systems, and procedures. As a Board of Governors member, I must strike the right balance between short-term improvement and long-term value, and between making sure line managers themselves take responsibility for change and personally ensuring they deliver results quickly and with suitably high ambition.The job responsibilities involve:• Supporting the development of plans, strategies, and objectives to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize resource utilization within TPIS.• Holding discussions with all four shareholders and eighteen key clients to identify areas of improvement, address challenges, develop solutions, and strategize organizational practices that have a direct impact on the community of TPIS.• Conducting analyses and evaluations of the academic and administrative systems at all levels to gain a comprehensive understanding of current practices and identify areas of inefficiency.• Engaging with TPIS staff members to assess existing and potential methods, including administrative procedures.• Analysing manuals, records, and reports to gain insights and align them with the requirements of the Ministry of Education.• Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance and identify any deviations from the established local Malaysian academic standards and procedures along with the international ones related to Cambridge curriculums. • Providing expert management-related advice to stakeholders in various business fields, including ICT, recruitment, and educational management.• Planning, monitoring, analysing, and assessing how organizations can achieve long-term goals and objectives by setting Key Performance Indicators and strategy plans.
