1. Conduct credit analysis specifically for construction project financing (Corporate loan) with total portfolio of ±100 billion Rupiah.2. Develop financial model including cash flow projection to support corporate financing projection3. Present analysis, findings, and recommendations, especially structure and credit information to credit committee for business decision.4. Construct a good relationship with Clients/Debtors, gather mandatory project document, monitor their daily transaction and covenants, prepare internal & external reports and assist their banking needs.5. Develop strong working relationship with Risk Management Department, Credit Operations Department, Legal & Compliance Department.
