o Review batch materials beforeproduction operation with productionresponsible person.o Ensure that all production areas andequipments are ready formanufacturing process.o Check, follow and control productionpersonnel behavior e.g. gowning,hygiene.oFollow up all manufacturingactivities & ensure that all records arefilled on time.o Withdraw all samples needed foranalysis purposes, send them to QCfor analysis, receive the analysis resultfrom QC and ensure conformance tospecifications.o Follow up all packaging activities &ensure that all records are filled ontime and line clearance check isperformed.o Withdraw all samples needed duringpackaging process as per approvedinstructions.o Do all Q.A activities IPC andSampling according to GMPregulations.o Process validation includessampling of validation samples andfollow-up of validation samples testingwith QC.
