Eng. Fady Kamal is a Computer Engineering Graduate from the German university in Cairo. He started his career early on by working as part time web developer along studying, Awarded Best Manager in the software engineering course. Worked on crowdfunding platform for non-profit organizations sponsored by Orange. After graduating he felt the need to join the family business mainly in the insulation sector to grow it and enhance it. Currently He acts as the Managing Director of Rockal, a thermal insulation manufacturer of materials like stonewool, XPS, LDPE & insulation accessories. Joining as the second generation of family business in 2014 he managed to introduce two new products to the company's portfolio in just 2 years, introduce new operation techniques to enhance sales and overall enhancing organizational structure. He was an active member in ASHRAE Cairo Chapter in 2017-2018 contributing to the success of the organized regional conference with more than 15 countries participated. He is from the founder of the newly formed ASHRAE Pyramids Chapter, member of Egyptian Businessmen Association, member in the industrial committee in Egyptian Lebanese Businessmen Association.
