- Managing 4 consumer goods departments- Oversee day-to-day operations, assign objectives, and monitor performance.- Hire, onboard, and train employees to achieve objectives for sales, profitability, and market share.- Develop a strategic plan for every consumer goods department- Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by onboarding new brandsBrands:L’Oreal Professional, Vichy, La Roche-Posay, Skinceuticals, Cerave, Maybelline, L’Oreal Paris, Garnier, Essie, Cosmaline, Najjar, Krikita, Spartan, Chamsa.

-In charge of building strong customer relationship at corporate and store level with all customers, especially key accounts such as Carrefour, Auchan, City Center etc.-Conduct negotiations with strategic customers and align on annual plans.-Prepare Sales targets for all customers and develop and execute appropriate strategies for meeting the set objectives.-Monitor the implementation of key account sales strategies to ensure that marketing schedules and targets are satisfied.-Monitor stock level, shelf space and shelf shares in every store.-Review the accounts receivable aging report on a regular and consistent basis to inform required follow up action-Conducts trade visits to customers to represent the company, provides on the job training to sales Team, and obtains customer feedback, handles customer complaints and monitors and reports on customer service and competitive activity.

-Align annual plan and marketing budget with P&G and other partners.-Owner of the marketing budget for all business partners.-Enable successful implementation of trade marketing activities in stores through accurate and timely planning of all activities.-Supervise implementation and reporting of trade initiatives.-Supervise on time reporting of competition activities, active distribution, sales analysis, etc.-Analyze sales, competition, prices, and report to partners and management the recommended action plans.-Organize new launch strategies with business partners.-In charge of NPI liquidation plans.-Leading consumer and market knowledge project.-Supervise a merchandising team across Iraq (55 employees) and 3 supervisors in charge of planogram implementation, core range availability check, displays implementation and reporting tasks

-Perform risk assessment for at least 2 companies across the group on annual basis. -Provide consultation in establishing or revising internal financial and operational controls to ensure the adequate protection of Company assets. -Leading and participating in many assertion engagements (operational and financial) (including but not limited to: Sales & receivables, Supply Chain, purchasing, logistics- inventory management, credit management, treasury and banking, taxation, trade services, etc…)-Assess business processes and recommend new ways of working.-Present to Board of directors on opportunities and inefficiencies.-Supervise junior consultants.
