Responsibilities:-Technical cooperation with the international consultant for Design and Supervision on construction and supply related projects with focus on tendering, project execution/supervision and hand-over to the political partner.-Provide technical support to the project on infrastructure and construction projects throughout the project cycle.-Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure project deliverables conform to design specifications and quality standards, and coordinate recommended actions with relevant parties.-Manage contractor invoices, amendments and variation orders in liaison with the related departments.-Monitor expenditures for infrastructure implementation in compliance with the planned operational plans-Develop and maintain contacts with government/district officials, community representatives and consultants.

Responsibilities:-Produce detailed “Shop Drawings” and “As-Built Drawings” using (CAD) & (BIM) software.-Review technical &/or financial claims and variation orders from subcontractors.- Analyse building codes, by-laws, space and site requirements, and other technical documents and reports in coordination with various technical office engineers to determine their effect on the architectural design.- Determine the procedures to be followed and ensure that all materials used are according to the design specifications.-Daily management of the construction site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and subcontractors, while resolving unexpected technical difficulties that arise to ensure builder compliance with design specifications.

Responsibilities:-Supervise on architectural projects, through site visits, review of progress reports and coordination with the projects’ consultants. Among the most notable projects: Al Khousos Educational Complex & Ezbet Al-Nasr Health Centre.-Coordinate with the various units regarding the indicators, deliverables and overall budgets of the projects. Support the project management in writing and editing the unit briefs and presentations and preparing completion reports for the phases of projects’ implementation, achievements and success features for the programme partners.-Liaise on relevant technical matters with the various programme partners (i.e.: Governorates & Grant Beneficiaries)
