Over 3 years of experience as a chemical engineer, interested in applying for the process engineer, production engineer, field operator or DCS operator In particular, I have an experience in the oil and gas, chemical and petrochemical industry by working as a field operator at TCI Sanmar Chemical Industry, the main job duties are: • Manage operation and troubleshooting in the Alcohol-Ethylene Plant (Vaporiser, Waste-Heat Boiler, Quenching Column, Caustic Tower, Ethylene Purification System, Propylene Refrigeration, Ethylene Dryer, Multi-Stage Compressor).• Manage operation and troubleshooting in the process area • Manage operation and troubleshooting on the boiler (start up and shutdown steps and procedure).• Follow-up, supervision and operation of boiler parameters.• Follow-up, supervision and operation of ETP unit.• Follow-up, supervision and operation of Utility Area• Responsible for both the daily monitoring and all the jobs done in the units including the operating conditions such as (P, T, V, F, Q), maintenance work, and chemical injection.• Monitoring chemical additives and taking samples to maintain the required specifications. • Performing Test Run and units’ performance tests.• Follow up the lab analysis for daily reporting and compare between the officials of the laboratory analysis and control instrument.• Interpretation of lab results, consequences and required remedial action.• Participate in preparing the procedures of units’ Start-ups and shutdowns. • Have a Previous experience with instrument bench testing for all equipment at plant.• Good understanding of combined-cycle DCS and PLC systems; protection and control devices.• Working to achieve the target number required.• Prepare reports of industrial processes.• Informing the senior Eng. quickly and updating him with the problems and faults.• Prepare and review all work permits and procedures.
