-Do inspections and offer quotations for electrical works and ask orders. -Monitor work quality with advising for performance improvement -Conduct on job training sessions for the technical staff as planned -Manage and supervise contractors -Daily rounds at the sites, supervise all electrical works and equipments such as: Generators, Electrical panels infrastructure), Power factor correction units, Elevators, Energy consumption meters (infrastructure), Pump rooms (all domestic, fire fighting and sewage pumps), HVAC (Samsung VRF system), Lighting (daily patrolling), IT Rooms - UPS.
