As a F.F&E Senior Contracting Engineer at Travco Group (Travco for Engineering & construction), I am responsible for managing the furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) procurement process for All Hotel Owned to travco group Such as ( Steigenberger Ras soma -Giza Palace project - Jazz Hotels - Jaz Amara - Riviera - Iberotel casa del mar - Makadina - Solymar - Sakhra - almaza bay - Magic world - Iberotel palace , ..... etc ) . I have over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, mainly in hotel projects, and I am passionate about delivering high-quality and cost-effective solutions for our clients and partners.My core competencies include project planning, procurement, and Microsoft Project, which enable me to oversee the FF&E procurement cycle from sourcing to installation, coordinate with suppliers and contractors, and monitor the project budget and timeline. I also have a Huge background in interior design and fit-out joinery work, which gives me a keen eye for detail and aesthetics, I have an experience in planning and designing innovative residential and commercial spaces. Expertise in space planning, visual design, 3D modeling, selecting finishes and furnishings, developing floor plans, and creating design presentations. Proficient in AutoCAD, 3DS Max, Photoshop. Adept at managing multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines. Talented at collaborating with diverse clients to understand their needs and deliver customized design solutions.
